Water Meter Wars - another victory

If anyone doubts that it is worthwhile showing up, consider that we have just had another victory in the "Water Meter Wars". On July 15th, Ecology put out a press release saying they will remove the "water meter" language from the proposed rules change! This is our second victory - our first was pressuring them to extend the comment period to the end of August.
